The Garage Gym has 2 gyms!

Enjoy a 24 hour gym and a gym for fitness classes!

The 24 hour gym is furnished with a smith machine, treadmill,

free weights with 2 racks, rower,

leg press machine, dumbells, kettlebells, wallball, hamstring developer,

2 cable machines and a ski erg.

The Garage Gym Fitness Classes are held in the main gym and are taught by the coach for each individual.

Mon-Fri 5:00am - 6:00am Backcountry Conditioning

Mon-Thu 6:00am - 7:00am Strength and Cardio

Mon-Thu 7:00am - 8:00am Open Gym (no instructor)

Mon-Thu 8:15am - 9:15am Strength and Cardio

Mon-Thu 9:30am - 10:30am Strength and Cardio Light

Mon-Thu 12:10pm - 12:50pm Core & More Blitz

MWF 5:30pm - 6:30pm Strength and Cardio

The Garage Kids Corner

Kids Wrestling is offered during wrestling season.

Our gymnastics programs run during the school season.

We do offer a 2-3 day camp late August.

Kids Fitness Fun will use sport specific drills to build a lifestyle for fitness. We will train and allow adaptation over a 4 week period then graduate on to another skill mastery.

What Kids Will Build:

  • Strength, speed, and endurance

  • Healthy habits and active lifestyles

  • Better overall sports performance
